TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1.  GENERAL

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Olivia Kate and prior to any service offered. Please read carefully before booking any appointments.

2. GIFT VOUCHERS

We are pleased to accept online order transactions for Gift Voucher purchases via a secure payment provider. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We are able to post Gift Vouchers the next working day using standard mail service to any UK address.

3. PATCH TEST

It is a legal requirement to have a skin patch test done at least 48 hours prior to any treatment. If you have not attended to have this done then we cannot complete your appointment. If you know you have skin sensitivity or have had a recent reaction then you need to let us know about this prior to your appointment.

4.  CANCELLATIONS

All treatments require a deposit via the online booking. Deposits are non refundable, however your deposit can be transferred to another date or time with a minimum of 2 hours notice. Failure to provide us with 2 hours notice means your deposit will be forfeited.

5. GDPR

The GDPR regulates how individuals and companies collect, use, and retain personal data, which affects how we use and regulate the data we store about you. We ensure we are up to date with all the latest rules and guidelines set out by GDPR.
